Where it happened
Every trip, every diesel fill and every shift start carries a GPS position.
When a number looks wrong, you can see the place it came from instead of arguing about it on the phone.

On paper registers and Excel sheets you read yesterday's numbers.
As it happens.
On Tripman a trip, a fill or a breakdown shows up as the tripman logs it.
It tells you where the shift will finish.
Tripman works out the likely total from its AI powered algorithms, and shows one number while there is still time to act.
It tells you when a truck goes quiet.
No trip logged for 30 minutes and the screen chimes. At 45 minutes it sounds a siren. You hear about a stuck truck while it is still standing.
It shows every excavator with its trucks.
You see at a glance which excavator is short of tippers and which is waiting. Leave it open on a screen in the office.
A sample screen to show the layout. The figures are invented.
A driver whose trips stop an hour early is a truck standing idle. Tripman lists who stopped early and for how long, shift by shift.Tripman lists drivers who stopped early, and for how long.
| Driver | Loaded by | Trips | Stopped early by |
|---|---|---|---|
| Operator 118 | EX-04 | 1 | 409 min |
| Driver 2 (name masked) | EX-04 | 14 | 32 min |
| Operator 40 | EX-10 | 22 | 29 min |
Shift A, 17 October 2026. Three drivers stopped early.

First, a tripman logs a trip on the phone.
Every entry carries its time and its GPS position.
Then a truck changes mid-shift and nobody says why.
Tripman sees it in the entries and lists it as a breakdown nobody reported.
Then you open one page and read the shift.
